Open General Meetings

Every few months we hold an informal General Meeting which gives members the opportunity to meet and mix in a sociable atmosphere. Light refreshments will be provided, and members of the Management Committee will be on hand to pass on information about Interest Groups and answer any questions about the general running of the Matlock Area U3A.

It is hoped that members who have not yet got round to joining any of the Interest Groups will find this a useful way of meeting other 'U3Aers'. Non-members are also most welcome to come along and find out more about the opportunities and benefits that membership can offer.

There is no charge for members but non-members will be required to pay £1.00.

Details of the currently scheduled open meetings are as follows:

Monday 12th March 2012 1.30 to 4.00 p.m. Imperial Rooms, Matlock	2012 Annual General Meeting The Matlock Area U3A's 4th Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 12th March in the Imperial Rooms, Matlock, commencing at 2.00 p.m. Light refreshments will be available before the meeting from 1.30 p.m. Following the completion of the AGM there will be an illustrated lecture on a subject of local interest.
